This specialised series is focused on using yoga props to deepen your yoga practice. When used appropriately, props can help students find more space, freedom, and stability in each asana. They can also help to increase flexibility, balance, and help the body recover from injuries. During this series, students will learn different ways of using yoga blocks, straps, and the wall to grow their practice. Some pranayama, chanting, and meditation may be included.
Suitable for students with some yoga experience interested in learning how to use yoga props in their practice. Full supported inversions, arm balances, and backbends may be included in this class with options for different levels of practitioners.
