This Specialised class to open up the shoulders and chest. Explore interesting ways to open up tight shoulders, strengthen them safely and release tension in the upper body. The class will focus largely on moving, stretching, and strengthening the shoulders; however, it will also involve working on the rest of the body. Experience a full range of motion in your shoulders, improve posture and progress in your practice. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have an invigorating physical and mental practice. Not suitable for students with a shoulder injury.
