This Specialised class focuses on balancing both sides of the upper body; stretching the areas that are typically tight, stabilising key functional areas around the shoulder, restoring some of the typically sore areas and working on breath exercises to centre the mind. Specific sets of postures and sequences make for a well-balanced class, combining both strength and flexibility for more integrated shoulder mobility. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for beginners.
