‘Meridian Yoga Therapy’ focuses on muscular, skeletal pain and incorporates both asana and self-acupressure and works just like yoga in elevating our mood, our state of mind, improving blood circulation, moving blocked Qi, energy, releasing muscle tension, moving our consciousness by bringing awareness to parts of our mind and body we had lacked awareness off.
In this session, through asana and self-acupressure, we begin to explore 3 pairs of meridians: the kidney/bladder, heart/small intestine, and the liver/gallbladder pathways.
