It combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. During this class, the standing, seated, and finishing sequences may be shortened or modified. The Ashtanga opening chant is an intrinsic part of this Yoga tradition and may be included.
Suitable for students with previous Vinyasa or Ashtanga experience.
