‘Meridian Yoga Therapy’ focuses on muscular, skeletal pain and incorporates both asana and self-acupressure and works just like yoga in elevating our mood, our state of mind, improving blood circulation, moving Prana/ Qi, energy, releasing muscle tension, moving our consciousness by bringing awareness to parts of our mind and body we had lacked awareness off.
In this session, through asana and self-acupressure, we begin to explore 3 pairs of meridians: the stomach/spleen, gallbladder/liver and the lung/large intestine pathways.
