This class focuses on rejuvenating the body and mind through dynamic movements targeted at releasing stuck energy. A combination of breath awareness, mindful moving and inverted postures will be applied to stimulate the body’s blood circulation. Suitable for all students. Inversions are included with options to modify.

This Healing class will de-stress and relax you. Throughout the class, yoga therapy balls are used to deeply massage areas of the body that are generally tight and in pain. The therapy balls help to release tension, improve posture, increase mobility and aid muscle recovery, especially after strenuous exercise. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Suitable for anyone looking to alleviate tightness and relax.

During this Healthy Hips class, we will work to encourage mobility and space through a range of angles, rotations and different asana shapes that help balance the hips. The sequence is designed to open & close, strengthen & stretch, mobilise & stabilise, ultimately resulting in healthier hips. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Suitable for anyone looking to stretch their bodies with moderate physical effort. Beginners are welcome.

This class will focus on stretching and releasing tension around the spine, helping students to achieve better upper body flexibility and improved posture. Recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing practice that will also help to increase mobility, improve circulation and enhance overall physical performance.

A grounding practice focused on stimulating the digestive system to aid detoxification of the body. Students will experience sequences of poses including twists, bends and stretches that massage the digestive organs. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for students looking to have an energising experience. No full inversions are included. This virtual session is a shortened version of our 45-minute in-person class.

This special class is designed with the runner’s body in mind. The focus is on stretching the areas that are typically tight, including the hamstrings, IT band and hips; strengthening the weak areas, like the core and upper body; and restoring some of the typically sore areas like the lower back. Specific sets of postures and sequences make for a well-balanced class designed to build flexibility, stabilise the joints and centre the breath. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Suitable for runners with or without yoga experience.

In this class, we will focus on opening and releasing tension in the hips, while also working on building strength and stability in the arms for arm balancing poses.
