Gustavo, born in Colombia, has been passionate about fitness since childhood. He motivated people to incorporate physical activity for health in the Bogota Move program in 2011. Gustavo later taught indoor cycling and Les Mills classes and moved to Hong Kong in 2018. He prioritizes educating students to achieve safe and effective results, believing hard work and discipline are necessary for success.
This workout combines HIIT and Tabata will improve strength and endurance. Continuous movement to pumping music will keep your heart rate up and tone your entire body. The primary focus is to develop functional strength through integrated exercises.

Strength is a fundamental part of all training regimens. SGT Strength is an anaerobic endurance workout using progressive forces and a variety of exercises to target specific muscle groups.
The goal – work to maximum fatigue whilst being under constant challenge and load utilising barbells, kettlebells and your own body weight.
