Jessica's dedication to weight lifting and high-intensity training may surprise you, considering it wasn't always her approach. Prior to becoming a personal trainer, she relied on cardio and dieting, which didn't yield the desired results. Realizing the need for a perspective shift, Jessica immersed herself in weight lifting and nutrition, achieving her goals by increasing her metabolic rate through proper food intake. Now a certified personal trainer with qualifications in Advanced Sports, Stretching, and First Aid, she enjoys incorporating outdoor activities into her training routine.
