Sirena chose to become a PT because she loves moving instead of sitting in the office. She has danced and practised yoga since childhood and recalls those experiences as being lots of fun. After learning more about fitness and the human body, Sirena grew interested in helping different kinds of people change their bodies and lives. And because she personally suffered problems with her spine, she became even keener to learn more about anatomy and mobility. Sirena is a Buddhist, which drives her commitment to help people to the best of her ability. Sirena does Pilates and body/light weight training, in addition to dance, Tai Chi and some cardio exercise. She believes that people need proper exercise to maintain a healthy body and mind for better living.
