Originally from Morocco, Mazine grew up in an active family where everyone was doing some kind of sport. He fell in love with martial arts at the age of 6 when he did karate and kickboxing. After experiencing his first Les Mills class at the local fitness club in early 2013, Mazine’s dream and goal to become an instructor took off. He became an instructor at the end of 2014, which paved the way for him to share his love for fitness and motivate others to reach their goals. All Levels. A great class to start out with if you are new to exercise, are looking to work generally on your body and fitness, or to tone up both your upper and lower body. Some classes use bands, tubes, weights or bars but equipment is always optional –every exercise can be done with or without. This class is also suitable for men.
