Ansar is one of the most reputable group fitness instructors in the industry. He is a national and international fitness educator and motivational speaker. Ansar has been a dance and fitness instructor since 2009. He started as a professional dancer before enhancing his skill set to become a fitness professional. With a Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personnel Training (levels 2, 3, and 4) at Active IQ and IQ Lifestyle UK, and qualifications in freestyle cycling, yoga, First Aid, functional fitness, strength and conditioning, etc., Ansar’s vision is to promote a healthy lifestyle and connect people with the love of dance and fitness. An intensive class designed to hit your abdominals hard concentrated on strengthening the abdominal muscles.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
All Levels. A great class to start out with if you are new to exercise, are looking to work generally on your body and fitness, or to tone up both your upper and lower body. Some classes use bands, tubes, weights or bars but equipment is always optional –every exercise can be done with or without. This class is also suitable for men.
A class consisting of short introductions to the basics of many latin dances including salsa, cha cha cha, rumba, merengue, lambada, samba, bachata. The pace is continous to keep the heart pumping and give you an all over body workout while at the same time enjoy the rhythms of hot latin music.
United Dance is based on a wide repertoire of dance styles and music genres where the dance moves are easy and repetitive. Students are not required to have any dance background.
