This specialised series is all about increasing flexibility and strength in our hips and legs. Students can expect a focus on alignment principles and a sequence designed to balance opposite actions in the body: strengthen and stretch, mobilize and stabilize, activate and relax. These actions will be performed in different asanas to improve the stability and integrity of the hips and legs. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
