Former Swimmer, Steffi discovered yoga's power after suffering from lower back pain. She began her teaching journey in India in 2013 and her classes emphasise alignment, creativity, and strength with a strong influence of mindfulness and philosophy. She focuses on practising with meaning, intention and full presence to maximise physical and mental well-being. Her warmth yet energising style seeks to empower students.
