During her college days of studying finance in 2011, Lin was too overwhelmed by numbers and school to enrich her daily life. Occasional yoga practice provided Lin with relaxation of both body and soul. So, she decided to officially begin her journey of yoga. In 2012, she went to India to participate in an Ashtanga RYT-200 training, which was also a practice of self-discipline. Lin believes that a teacher should practise daily even while teaching because only when she feels good about her personal practice can she transform those feelings into experience that can be shared with her students. Since her regular practice began, Lin has taken courses in different yoga styles to enrich herself. With this self-enhancement, she can also teach students the latest, most scientific and effective practice methods. Yoga Nidra for Destress
This special Yoga Nidra class is designed to help you de-stress and relax your body, mind and heart. The class starts with a short talk and moves into a soothing Yoga Nidra practice. No special equipment is needed.
Suitable for anyone looking to relax their mind and body during this complex time.
A dynamic practice focused on moving the body along with the breath. The experience in this class is one of fluidity and motion. Poses are generally held for short periods of time and emphasis on the rhythm of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of aligning and focusing the mind. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent Vinyasa practice. This class builds on the necessary body stability acquired in Level 1 classes to take on more challenging asanas and sequences. Classes are taught with modifications to allow an easy transition from Level 1 to Level 2. Full inversions may be included in these classes. This virtual session is a shortened version of our 45-minute in-person class.

Immunity Booster Yoga
Our immune system is affected by our lifestyle: what we eat, the quality of our sleep, and our physical and mental state. This class helps us to relax the body and mind so that our body can naturally boost its immunity. Specific poses will be practised to help stimulate the thymus gland, aid in detoxification of the body, and calm the mind. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for anyone looking to restore their body and mind with gentle physical effort.
This restorative practice aims at clearing fatigue and anxiety. Please prepare 2 yoga blankets, 2 yoga belts, 2 yoga blocks and 1 bolster for this practice.
Rocket Yoga Basics
This class follows the style of yoga developed by Larry Schultz, which is rooted in the first and second series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Rocket Yoga is an intense physical practice that works with the nervous system, builds strength in both body and mind, and creates a transformative experience that make practitioners feel more alive. Students are encouraged to make posture modifications according to their level of practice and physical ability. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
Suitable for new practitioners and students who want to increase their knowledge of the fundamental poses and alignment in Rocket Yoga. This class sets the foundation for all other Rocket Yoga classes.
