Penzky, a fitness industry professional since 2002, turned his passion for regular exercise into a profession. Penzky enjoys inspiring others to commit to long-term fitness goals. Known as 'Penzky The Unstoppable', he was a 2017 FIT AWARDS finalist for Best Group Exercise Instructor and a backup dancer for international artists in the UAE.

All Levels. A great class to start out with if you are new to exercise, are looking to work generally on your body and fitness, or to tone up both your upper and lower body. Some classes use bands, tubes, weights or bars but equipment is always optional –every exercise can be done with or without. This class is also suitable for men.
