Lulu was born in Xinjiang, selected for the professional team when she was in junior high and trained for five years. While at school, she represented her college in various competitions and won several medals. In 2003, she joined Li Total Fitness Club in Shanghai as a full-time Instructor. During this time, she attended the Les Mills BODYCOMBAT and BODYPUMP sessions arranged by the company and was captivated by the atmosphere and music in these group classes – which inspired her ambition to get in the spotlight as an instructor. Lulu relishes every moment being on stage and enjoys spreading her enthusiasm and passion to everyone. In every group class, she strives to lead participants so that they get lost in the music, release stress, and experience the joy of sports. In her spare time, Lulu usually hangs out with friends and joins various dance classes or tries new group classes at different fitness clubs. She likes listening to music and travelling, and believes that a simple, healthy, happy life is the perfect life. A mat-based functional exercise programme that focuses on strengthening and lengthening the deeper muscles. Focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility and helping to prevent injury. It was developed in the 1920s by Joseph H. Pilates and was initially created for rehabilitation but was later adopted by dancers. Open to all levels.
