Although Jun Kai has always loved being active and playing all types of sports such as soccer, basketball, tennis, rugby, he was overweight as a youngster and went through the struggle of being physically unfit. Realising that it wasn’t doing his health any good, he started exercising and getting in shape as he resolved to help his future self. Jun Kai has experienced a lot of back pain and body aches and can commiserate with people who are struggling with these symptoms yet not know the cause. His goal as a trainer is to help people live their life to the full without the burden aches and pains. He wants to help others to achieve better quality of life through fitness and to understand what joy being active can bring.
