Jeremy, a Singaporean born in California, served in Iraq, discovered yoga as a means of finding peace and healing from the trauma of war. His childhood exposure to his dad's yoga practice in Wisconsin left a lasting impact. Yoga, especially hot yoga, became his sanctuary upon returning from the battlefield. He credits Bikram Choudhury as his teacher, learning responsibility and the power of authenticity. Jeremy's teaching philosophy centers on endurance and self-responsibility. He encourages students to take charge of their well-being and the transformative potential of yoga. His ultimate wish is for his students to feel reborn, strong, and proud.
