Cheuk started as a trainer in 2011 after graduating from her tertiary study in Sports Science and Management. Cheuk is passionate about training, not only teaching with knowledge but also inspiring her clients with her genuine love for fitness. She believes that everyone has the potential to be their best – they just need someone to help them unleash it.
