Steve has been passionate about fitness since he was 20. After joining the gym, he became more aware of his health and body, which has completely transformed his life and made him a better person, physically and mentally. He is eager to learn more about fitness innovations and adopt them to his training strategies. He doesn’t think about exercising every day, which is why he started his PT career. Through his job, he wishes to spread positivity in hopes that more people can lead healthier lives.
