Oscar has been passionate about fitness since he was young. He practised martial arts from an early age and graduated from Zhengzhou University Sports College with a Bachelor's degree specialising in Sanda (free combat). After years of practice, he has gained a lot of expertise in combat training and body management. Oscar now wants to use his acquired experience and knowledge to help clients achieve their goals. He feels that professional teaching methods are very important, but he also wants to inspire those around him with sheer passion and enthusiasm.
