Ken started strength training when he was in college. In order to train as well as he could, he read and learnt a lot of sport knowledge from professional books and scientific literature. He eventually turned his interest into a career with the aim to help people change their lifestyles and physiques through training. Especially good at strength training (Powerlifting style Training), Ken can help you to build a strong body.
