Jeff, born and raised in Hong Kong, is passionate about fitness, people, and the outdoors. Despite his love for activities like basketball, martial arts, scuba diving, and BMX, he also has a softer side. Starting at the age of 15, he performed as a chorister in concert halls and participated in the 2002 ISME music festival in Norway. Since discovering group fitness in 2008, Jeff is driven to share his passion for fitness and life with others, believing that everyone has an inner athlete waiting to be discovered.
