Zinzi began yoga in 2010, finding it complemented her dancing career by creating balance and quiet strength. Training as a yoga teacher in 2014 under Dr. Yogananth Andiappan, she expanded into Aerial Yoga, kids yoga, Pre-natal and Wall Rope Yoga. Her classes highlight breath and alignment and encourage exploration of space and freedom in the body. Zinzi aims to inspire students to cultivate inner peace and a quiet mind through their personal yoga practice.
