Dagge, a dedicated yoga teacher, embarked her teaching journey in 2004 after training with the Swami Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation. Her passion lies in sharing the transformative power of yoga, which has positively impacted her students. She continuously expands her knowledge through various training programs, including Iyengar Yoga, Wall Rope Yoga with Bryan Legere, and learning from renowned teachers like Shiva Rea and Sarah Powers. With a teaching style that encompasses hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, yin, restorative, and Wall Rope Yoga, Dagge believes yoga is not just an activity but a way of life, fostering serenity, skillfulness, and meaningful relationships.
