Born in Hong Kong, Vivian lived in Sydney for two decades and returned home in 2007. She began her yoga journey at PURE, initially seeking solace from the city's fast-paced lifestyle, unknowingly setting her on a life-altering path. Guided by her mentors Patrick Creelman, Almen Wong and Edward Chow, Vivian’s practice and teaching emphasises precision, consistency, and empowerment. Through alignment fundamentals and deep body observation, Vivian encourages her students to tap into their inner wisdom and find peace within.
