Eduardo Silva is from Brazil and graduated with a degree in Physical Education. He has been in the fitness industry since 2001, teaching both Les Mills and freestyle classes. A former presenter and Les Mills trainer in Brazil, Eduardo has conducted classes in Brazil, Dubai, and Singapore. His passion lies in witnessing his students’ growth, guiding and supporting them on their fitness journeys. Eduardo brings a blend of positive energy, fun, and professionalism to every class he leads.
