Zachary began his fitness journey in secondary school when he joined the school track and field team. He's always been an energetic person who loves sports and pushing his body to its limits. To help in his track and field events, Zachary concentrates on running, strength and agility training, technique, drills, and warm-up/flexibility training. Similarly, he joined martial arts clubs to learn Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and boxing, as it helps develop character and mental resiliency. Fitness for Zachary is to focus on functionality and longevity. His approach to clients is to assist them in achieving their fitness objectives and to make training enjoyable while educating them on the purposes of the exercises so that they understand what they are doing.
