Born in Hong Kong, Sam’s love for exercise led him to become a personal trainer. Always a very positive and energetic person, he has been a personal trainer since 2010 and is especially keen on sports. Sam hopes that his expertise will inspire his clients to enjoy exercise and lead healthy lifestyles.
