Luigi, a Sicilian professional dancer and athlete, found yoga in 2014 as a healing method for physical injuries. He discovered not only physical benefits but also a sense of calmness and peace. Luigi has developed his own yoga flow, infusing elements of contemporary dance and movement. As a versatile performer and teacher, he is passionate about sharing his unique practice with people of all abilities and ages.

This Healing practise focuses on opening the body and soothing the mind through gentle poses and the use of props. Students will experience more seated and supine postures and some longer asana holds. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
Suitable for anyone looking to stretch their bodies with moderate physical effort.

Mobility Movement Flow

This practice is designed to cultivate strength, balance and space. During the class, we will explore different mobility exercises within a yoga flow that includes constructive alignment, mindfulness, and body-breath synchronisation. This practice includes joint mobilisation with warm-up and cool-down movements, as well as mobility exercises and playful approaches to harmonise and connect the body, mind and breath. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
