Alvin was born and raised in Hong Kong. He has been a personal trainer since 2010 with a proven record of helping a diverse range of clients achieve optimal results. He hopes to use his expertise to inspire clients to enjoy exercising and lead healthy lifestyles by maintaining a positive attitude.
