A spiritual seeker, seasoned teacher of 22 years with 27 years devoted holistic practice and study, May is a beacon in the wellness industry. May’s yoga journey propels her to share the enlightening practice of asana, meditation, breath, mantra, sound healing, and community for transformation. She is a co-founder of The Garden Gathering, Hong Kong, supporting women and children in nature. May also finds reverence sitting and serving in Zen tea ceremony meditation. May’s daughter is her ultimate muse.
