Jonathan has always been active and has been exposed to numerous sports since a very young age. At age 5, he began playing football and has since gone on to train in judo and muay thai and run marathons. Because Jonathan considers his health to be a top priority, he consistently makes time in his schedule for the gym. He has learned a lot about fitness and nutrition from the various programmes that he has tried over the years. One of the reasons Jonathan keeps himself active is so that he can age healthily alongside his loved ones. To him, being physically fit is about more than just strength – it's also about how he looks and feels. “The self-confidence that develops from that can propel you to even greater achievements in life.” Jonathan’s philosophy towards training clients is to share what he knows with as many individuals as possible. Seeing lives change as a result of his work in fitness would be the greatest reward of his career.
