Syahir started hitting the gym as early as 15 years old. Back then, his biggest challenge was maintaining a consistent gym routine because he often felt demoralised when he didn’t see progress as quickly as he wanted to. Over time, he buckled down and started exploring different types of exercises to integrate into his workouts. He found that it made his workouts fun, and ultimately, brought him back to the gym constantly. When he finally understood that fitness is multidimensional and made for different bodies, he was able to notice positive changes in his own fitness – physically and mentally. Now with a love for exercise, he is excited to share this feeling with his clients! Syahir’s 1 goal as a ProPT is to inspire people to find comfort and confidence in fitness. While helping clients to achieve their fitness goals through personalised workouts and guidance on maintaining healthy, balanced lifestyles, he also aims to help them feel good about themselves at any stage in the process. Creating a supportive training environment so that clients have a positive outlook on fitness is Syahir’s priority. He’s also a firm believer in enjoyment of workouts – so he will find exercises that his clients like and incorporate them into his sessions to help clients stay active and motivated. Aside from fitness training, Syahir enjoys playing video games, binge-watching Netflix shows (currently on Grey’s Anatomy), and boxing!
