Martin is an energetic and passionate personal trainer who has been well experienced in tailoring individual training since 2014. Specialising in Muay Thai and body shaping, he is always up for a challenge. Martin was fat as a teenager. Then he started playing basketball and doing Thai boxing to better his body and improve as a person. Having found his calling as a personal trainer, he loves to assess clients’ fitness aspirations, provide them with professional advice and exercise options. He hopes that all his clients can achieve their goals and be confident in their body.
