Jacob was obese before enlisting in 2019 and weighing close to 90kg. But through consistent effort of self-training and dieting, he’s happy to be at a healthy 68kg. He has realised that when it comes to fitness, it IS possible to achieve your goals with discipline and commitment. However, having a helping hand strengthens the process and this is exactly what Jacob wants to do for you. The journey to your ideal fitness objectives may be arduous and challenging but with the proper guidance and support, the process will be hastened, and your hard work will not go to waste. Fitness can be a lonely pursuit and others may not understand why you do what you do, but we at PURE do. Jacob hopes to have the opportunity to assist you in attaining that goal. He enjoys boxing and anime and his favourite cardio workout is running. “The truth is you can always run faster, but sometimes the truth hurts”.
