AK has been exposed to sport for many years. Any high-intensity sport requires a standard of physical fitness to react effectively to sudden movements – which is why AK started training to enhance the sport-affiliated qualities of agility, strength, speed and endurance. After a period of regular training, AK discovered an overall boost to his physique and fitness. But AK’s vision is more than just being able to run and jump and be better at the basic sports movements. He yearns for freedom in movement and activities like marathon-running, skateboarding, diving and skydiving. From personally benefitting from sport to spreading its benefits to others, AK has become a passionate fitness trainer. He loves his job and helping clients move in a way best suited to them, whether their goal is to build muscle or lose fat. He firmly believes that exercise can make people healthy and happy, which adds great value to life. Exercise is a lifestyle, so let’s integrate it into you and me.
