Albert, a highly active and disciplined individual, has dedicated himself to swimming and training since 2000. His interest in long-distance running and cycling led him to participate in triathlons and aquathlons (swim and run) from 2008 onwards. In 2011, he achieved the remarkable feat of being the 1st runner up in the Triathlon individual series in Hong Kong. Inspired by his triathlon experience, Albert firmly believes in perseverance and never giving up, regardless of the challenges faced. With his strong convictions and qualifications, he aims to inspire his clients' commitment to training and guide them towards achieving their goals.
