Justin was born in Taichung, Taiwan. After completing his military service, he got his first sports industry job at the Alexander Health Club Taipei. Justin has been teaching group fitness classes since 2005. His desire to teach was inspired by a Personal Trainer, and this experience still excites and motivates him to continue being a group fitness instructor. He has also worked in management positions due to his experience and recommendations from former supervisors. Justin is easy-going, passionate about his work and attentive. He always gives clients the opportunity to practise and provides ample encouragement. At the beginning of 2017, Justin was recommended by former supervisors to work in Shenzhen and Shanghai – and so his journey began. He realised that there are many opportunities in China’s sports and fitness industry and that the fitness culture is gaining in popularity and necessity for people. Thus, a professional instructor would play a key role in teaching fitness-related knowledge and expanding general awareness about the importance of staying active. All Levels. A great class to start out with if you are new to exercise, are looking to work generally on your body and fitness, or to tone your lower body. Some classes use bands, tubes, weights or bars but equipment is always optional –every exercise can be done with or without. This class is also suitable for men.
