Macy, a Hong Kong Baptist University Communication graduate, has devoted herself to fitness inspiration. Active in music and sports since high school, she won a group street dance competition in 2005. Despite challenges, she's embraced her fitness journey since 2007, including nine years as a NIKE trainer. Macy, fond of teaching music-driven programs, believes that music is key to movement and leaves lasting body memories.
