Jon's journey started in his teens, driven by body image concerns, sparking a quest into diets and workouts. His burgeoning interest in health, nutrition, and fitness fueled an insatiable appetite for knowledge sharing. Delving into bodybuilding and powerlifting over four years, Jon refined his expertise. Transitioning two years ago towards training the elderly, an area close to his heart. His teaching approach involves thorough client assessment, breaking down challenges into manageable components to develop tailored and effective solutions. Passionate about empowering others, Jon's commitment lies in using his diverse expertise to make a meaningful difference in his clients' fitness journeys.
