A native of The Philippines, John thinks you gotta sweat it to shed it…..burn it to earn it. Why play it safe and keep doing 10 reps you’ve done before when this time it could be 20? His attitude is try – or goodbye. John aims to work on ‘silent mode’ and let the results speak for themselves. He started teaching in 2014 and has since grown into a fitness enthusiast. John always ensures that his students and clients both learn and understand the importance of fitness on day-to-day living. Continuing education and development motivate him to work hard and bring the best to his craft.
