Mehdi, born in Morocco to a boxer father, values courage and motivation. He spent time working out, joining gyms, sports teams, and trying new activities. Mehdi has been a Les Mills instructor since 2011, utilizing his talent and exploring his skills as both a good instructor and motivator.
