From 2015-2017, Harry was competing as a full-time D1 basketball player in the UK and played for the Southampton Kestrel team. Because sports and fitness has always been a part of his life, he thoroughly understands how to increase sport performance though fitness training. As a personal trainer, he also realises that different people have different training needs. To provide his clients with the best expertise possible, Harry continually keeps himself informed and educated with the industry's most up-to-date knowledge.
