Joyce began her yoga journey in 2013, seeking a gentle physical activity but discovering significant physical and mental benefits. Studying under teachers like Samrat Dasgupta and Jason Crandell, she improved her practice and developed a keen interest in balancing muscle length and strength. Mentored by Edward Chow, she learnt to focus on alignment, breath, and mindfulness. Joyce's teaching emphasises safety, alignment, and breath, aiming to help students discover their full potential through a balance of flexibility and strength.
