Bruce, who has loved sports since childhood, is full of sunshine and tenacity. Most boys have a passionate dream of martial arts in their hearts, and Bruce is no exception. After being exposed to Bruce Lee's fighting and philosophy in high school, he became obsessed with kung fu. Over time, Bruce won the championship in the men's 80 kg group of the National Volkswagen Taekwondo Classic in 2011. It is precisely because of this deep-rooted passion that he decided to devote himself to fitness and health after graduating from university in 2015. Five years of experience in corporate employee health management enabled Bruce to identify the pain points that people have caused from long-term desk jobs. During this time, he was responsible for product development of health management and master control of large-scale corporate activities, whilst also helping to edit the published "Workplace Fitness Manual". He was fortunate have been selected to become a contract coach for Nike China in 2017. In addition, since 2015, he has helped 137 partners successfully lose 750 kilograms – an average of 5.5 kilograms per person in two months. Most importantly, he helped these people to establish healthy lifestyle habits and gain the joy of exercise. Come together because of our love for fitness.
