Marco began strength training during high school and kept it up for 15 years. Through bodybuilding training, he learned a lot about increasing muscle mass and reducing fat – something that has also been tested and perfected in bodybuilding competitions. He has participated in international competitions and won the championship with 2 IFBB Pro cards. Marco has accumulated many body shaping success stories under his belt, with several clients going on to win titles in provincial and municipal contests. He has also helped clients to achieve big transformations in physique for specific/special occasions. Marco loves sharing his professional knowledge with every client to ensure that they train safely and efficiently in order to obtain a good physique and healthy lifestyle.
