Ivan has been a sporty guy since he was young, learning many sports such as soccer, badminton and sprinting as well as being on the football team when he was in Primary and Secondary School . Helping clients to achieve results and motivating them to live a healthy lifestyle is what he most proud of. And for him, in order to educate, help and motivate people, he needs to look and feel good himself.
