Jeremy, a Singaporean born in California, served in Iraq, discovered yoga as a means of finding peace and healing from the trauma of war. His childhood exposure to his dad's yoga practice in Wisconsin left a lasting impact. Yoga, especially hot yoga, became his sanctuary upon returning from the battlefield.
